Frank is the only one who knows the combination to unlock the town's vaulted beer supply, and unless Dale can get Frank back with his memories intact there could be rioting in the streets of Chilly Beach.

In an effort to gain insight into the mating rituals of Canadians Abby decides to try a pheromone experiment. Her experiment however goes awry and Abby is left with a bizarre love triangle to clean up before her meddling causes irreparable damage.
